    Keto cookie dough: 167 Calories. 17g Fat. 2.3g Protein. 2.3g Carbs. 1.1g Fibre. 1.2g Net Carbs. It’s honestly so easy to make takes less than 20 mins. Original recipe can be found on keto connect:) Everything you need: 8 oz cream cheese. (Room temp.) 1 stick of butter. (Room temp.) 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup erythritol. 25-30 drops of liquid stievia 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract. 1-2 pinches of pink sea salt. 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips. (Optional) Makes about 4 cups of dough. 1) Using an electric mixer to combine the cream cheese and butter. 2) Add almond flour, erythritol, liquid stievia, vanilla extract and sea salt. Using mixer, mix until fully combined. 3) Using a spatula, fold on chocolate chips. 4) Put in refrigerator for 30- 60 mins until stiff enough to scoop. Honestly so easy to make and these things hit the sweet spot when you can’t kill the craving. Let me know what you think.

    I’m curious how swapping the almond flour for something like Quest protein baking mix would work?
