    We use [this](https://youtu.be/aZcoTQuYUqQ) Gordon Ramsay tutorial as a guide for a perfectly seared steak. Sliced half a large celery root into shoe strings. Coated in avocado oil and placed in the air fryer at 400Β° until they were to our liking, 10-15 minutes. Fry seasoning: * 2 tsp rosemary * 2 tsp paprika * Himalayan salt to taste * Ground black pepper to taste Stuffed pepper I filled with half of my JalepeΓ±o popper filling and half sausage dip. Popper filling: * 8 oz cream cheese * 1 cup shredded white cheddar * 3 large stalks chives chopped thin * 1 tsp. Garlic powder * 1 tsp. Kosher salt Combine all ingredients. Done. Sausage dip again is simple and versatile. * 1 lb spicy breakfast sausage browned * 16 oz cream cheese * 1 can Rotel Combine ingredients, done. Overall the entire meal is actually very simple especially if you have sausage dip prepared for whatever already which I recommend every so often.
