    T-Bone Steak (2.5 inches thick) I used a cast iron skillet on my grill’s side burner. I did each side for 4 minutes on high heat. I then flipped the steak and transferred the entire skillet to the grill which was at 550 degrees. I cooked it this way for 5 more minutes. I let it rest on a clean plate covered with aluminum foil for 5 minutes before serving. For the cauliflower, I microwaved 4 strips of bacon. I then steamed 3 cups of cauliflower. I then melted a tbsp of butter in a bowl. I then added the bacon, bacon grease, cauliflower, and 3 tbsp of heavy cream to the bowl and mashed it with my immersion blender. Prior to serving I added 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and microwaved for another 30 seconds. I split the steak and the cauliflower. Steak was 880 calories. Cauliflower was 283 calories, 23 g fat, 8g protein and 6 g net carbs
