    1 3/4 C almond flour 1 T baking powder 2 1/2 C mozzarella Cheese 2oz cream cheese 2 large eggs Bagel seasoning Preheat oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the almond flour and baking powder in a bowl and set aside. Place mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the cheese is completely melted. Add almond flour mixture and eggs to the melted cheese and use your hands (or a wooden spoon) to combine all the ingredients until thoroughly mixed. The dough will be very sticky, but it’s important to mix it quickly while still hot and make sure it’s very well combined. You can let it sit in the freezer for about 5 minutes so it is easier to work with. Divide the dough into 6 even parts rolling each out into a rope, then molding each rope into the shape of a bagel. Top with bagel seasoning (sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning from Trader Joe’s) if desired. Bake at 400 for 10-16 minutes. Let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet then enjoy!

    How chewy are these? I’ve had fathead pizza before, so it’s always been pretty thin and not bunched up into a roll like this. Wondering if it needs some psyllium husk added to make more chewy if it’s not.
