Smell: Initially, the ingredient you will smell the most is the tomato and tomato paste. You get this sweet tomato soup like aroma but then you can smell the smoky and herbaceous aroma of the ghost pepper which mixes with the onion, garlic, and herbs to give off full-bodied aroma when mixed with the upfront tomato. The vinegar is not very noticeable in the aroma which is pleasant, but overall a simple aroma. Pour: An extremely thin and runny sauce, with a traditional red-hot sauce color but you can see little specs of ingredients throughout. Taste: This sauce is extremely simple, but far more delicious then my original expectations. At the start of the flavor journey you get hit with this combination of tomato and vinegar, as the vinegar does indeed stand out in this sauce, which delivers a medium tang and zip when mixed with the tomato which gives off a sweet fresh fruity tomato flavor, but then a few seconds later you will get hit with the ghost pepper, giving a bright, smoky, sweet flavor which works well with the onion, and garlic. The unknown herbs at the end give the sauce a nice refreshing finish but does not overwhelm the sauce. This would be an excellent table sauce, used for anything! I would give this simple sauce a solid 8/10. Heat: This sauce does feature the all-mighty ghost pepper, but it works in a way where it is hot but not super-hot. You get a nice initial burn that builds up and lingers. I would give this a 5.5/10 on heat.
