    * 750 gr of suadero, in the US I think is called Rose Meat * 1/2 gallon of milk * Salt, pepper, paprika, ground garlic and cayenne pepper to taste. * 150 gr of lard * 1 cup of water Place the meat in a baking trade and season with the spices and salt. Put it in the oven for 3 hours to tenderize Discard the milk and remove the baked milk from the meat. In a cooking pot put the lard and let it melt, add the cup of water and let it boil. (You can add a guajillo or some garlic to flavor the meat) Put the meat in the cooking pot and let it there for 20 or 30 minutes.
