    Ingredients: 2 bags frozen cauliflower or 2 heads fresh chopped 4tbs butter 3/4 cup heavy cream 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar 4 slices American cheese 1/2 tsp granulated garlic 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp mustard power Salt and pepper to taste Roast cauliflower on parchment in 400 degree oven, brown slightly. While cauliflower is baking, add butter and cream to small pot and heat till almost boiling. Turn heat to low and add cheeses and spices. Stir till melted and smooth. Into a foil lined 8x8 pan add cauliflower and pour cheese sauce over the top. Add extra shredded cheese if desired and bake at 400 till heated through and browned. I turn on the broiler when I’m in patient. - 4 servings about 8/9 carbs each I use the American cheese cheddar combo because I found it made a very similar flavor to Kraft, haha. My husband and I both eat keto and we love having this with hot dogs for a quick dinner, meatloaf is wonderful too! It reheats very well.
