Ever get that craving for chips and dip? Well, here’s your answer, and it’s *even better*. This can be done as a snack for the game, a movie, portion it out for a work snack, or if you are feeling wild and your macros allow it then you could go in on this for dinner. It feels like you are cheating, but you totally aren’t! **Ingredients** - 6 tbs Neufchatel cheese (same carb count, save some of the calories) - 5 oz shredded cheddar - 1 chicken in a can or 1 chicken breast shredded - 3-4 tbs Ranch dressing - your preferred hot sauce/buffalo sauce @ 0 carbs per serving - salt, cumin, chili powder to taste **Instructions** - Cube up the cream cheese and 3 oz of shredded cheddar in an oven safe small-medium size container. Nuke for 20 seconds to soften up - Drain the canned chicken. NOTE: It is obviously better to use some shredded chicken, if you have a slow cooker and you have plenty of time I highly suggest shredding a chicken breast for this recipe. Makes the texture a little bit more on point that way as well. I will be using a 5 oz can of chicken though because it’s an exact measure for macros, and it’s cheaper and easier. - Dump in the chicken, ranch, preferred hotsauce (amount varies on taste) and the spices to taste. Mix it all up good and spread it even. - Top that with the remaining 2 oz of cheddar and stick in in the oven at 385 F for about 12-15 minutes. - Enjoy with your unflavored pork rinds, and pour yourself a glass of diet coke and wiskey cause you fucking deserve it.
