    Ingredients: 8x8 baking dish 1 1/2 cups – Coconut Butter (melted) 1/3 cup – coconut oil (melted) 1 cup – slivered almonds 1/4 tsp – salt 1 Tbs – vanilla extract Liquid sugar substitute equal to 1/2 cup of regular sugar (24 drops) Directions: 1. Melt coconut butter in the microwave for about 6o seconds. 2. Place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. 3. Add the mix to a parchment lined 8x8 inch baking dish. Shake and jiggle the baking dish to evenly distribute the mix. 4. Place the coconut mixture in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes or until set. 5. Remove from the freezer and remove from the baking dish. 6. Place on a cutting surface and cut into 32 pieces. 7. Keep stored in the refrigerator. Per serving (recipe divided by 32) 116 calories / 10.94g fat / 1g net carb / 1.5g protein
