    idk what the macros are on hoisin sauce, but this used to be one of my easy peasy pregnancy meals: ground pork, bag of asian slaw mix, bag of broccoli slaw mix, garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce. i would add in thinly sliced red pepper when not pregnant. (pepper would try to kill me with heartburn when pregnant!) you can change up the ratio of ingredients as desired.

    This is easily one of my favorite meals. A little higher in carbs (10g net) but sooo much flavor. The coleslaw could easily be substituted with iceberg lettuce to drop some of the carbs! Prep Time 5 minutes Cook Time 25 minutes Makes 3 Servings **Ingredients:** 2 tbsp sesame or olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup onion, diced 5 green onions 1 lb ground pork 1/2 tsp ground ginger sea salt and black pepper, to taste 1 tbsp Sriracha 14 oz bag coleslaw 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar **Directions:** Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the garlic, onion, and white portion of the green onions. Saute until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant Add the ground pork, ground ginger, sea salt, black pepper and Sriracha. Sauté until the pork is cooked through. Add the coleslaw mix, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Sauté until the coleslaw is tender. Top with green onions before serving. Makes 3 servings **Nutritional Information** Per Serving - Calories: 538 | Fat: 41g | Protein: 29g | Total carbs: 14g | Fiber 4g | Net Carbs: 10g
