    Ingredients: ▪️1 cup dates (soaked for 10 minutes in hot water) ▪️1 banana ▪️1/2 cup raw walnuts ▪️1/8 cup chia seeds ▪️1/8 cup vegan chocolate chips ▪️1/8 cup of natural peanut butter ▪️1 tsp cinnamon ▪️1 tsp baking powder ▪️1 tsp vanilla extract Blend the dates in the food processor first and then add in a few items at a time until everything is blended together. As for the banana, I sliced it before putting it into the food processor. Set oven to 350 F and bake for 17 minutes on a silicon baking sheet placed on a flat baking pan. Makes 12 cookies. Approximately 102 calories per cookie.
