Then add bay leaf, cinnamon, black and green cardamom/s, cloves and peppercorns. Let them splutter. Add chopped red onion and cook on low-medium heat until they are nicely caremalized. Add grated ginger and garlic and cook for 2 mins or until the raw smell is gone. Add greek yoghurt and cook it very well until the sourness is gone and it starts sticking to the pan. Add tomato puree, salt and turmeric powder, mix well and let the tomatoes cook on low-medium heat until they are well done (the oil will start separating). Add kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chili powder. Mix well and let cook for 2 mins. Add 150 ml of water and mix well. Bring the mixture to boil. Then add cubed paneer pieces, mix gently and cover the lid. Let simmer on very low heat for 5-7 mins. Open the lid and add butter, garam masala and frengreek powder. Let the butter melt, mix it well last time and you are all set :) Not too serious about keto? Looks delicious, but it’s tough to fit tomatoes and onions in a diet that limits carbs to 25g/day or so. How many grams of carbs are in this?

I wish Indian restaurants would do a low carb version of this. This looks amazing.
