    I usually roast my peppers first in the oven at 375 flip them until they look nice and cooked, then stuff with the seasoned ground meat. I made up a basic spice mix that turned out great with very little salt (like most taco seasoning mixes): 1/2tsp - cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and 1 full tsp - smoke paprika Top with shredded cheese and back in the oven to melt and that's it. My fiance loves these and they're really good 1-2 days after they're prepared so really good for meal prep but most importantly they're delicious af
