**This takes a bit of time to make and NEEDS to sit overnight before eating. It's worth the wait, I promise!** Meaty Marinara Ingredients: * 1 L onion diced * 2 T minced garlic * 8 c chopped tomatoes * 1/2 c chopped fresh parsley * 2 T chopped fresh basil * 1 t dried oregano * 1 t crushed red pepper * 1 t thyme * 1 t rosemary * 1 t kosher salt * 1 t black pepper * 2 t pyure Olive oil for sauteing Directions: Saute onion and garlic in large pot with olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Once boiling. turn to low heat and add other ingredients. Cover and keep on low for 1 hr. Meat portion ingredients: * Pink Himalayan salt to taste * Ground Pepper to taste * 1.5 lb ground beef * 1 lb Kielbasa chopped or sliced * 1 T minced garlic * Olive oil * 1 med. onion diced *optional* * 1 green pepper diced *optional* Directions: Brown beef in cast iron, seasoning with salt and pepper and drain. Fry kielbasa in a bit of olive oil until it begins to brown nicely. Set aside. Saute garlic, onion and green pepper in olive oil and seasoning with salt and pepper to taste for 2-3 minutes. Add in beef and kielbasa. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Once sauce is ready, combine the meat with the 'marinara' base. If you'd prefer to place the sauce on top of the noodles, here is where you set it aside to rest over night and make the noodles right before eating. If you'd prefer to combine it all, continue to the pasta step here. Spaghetti ingredients: * 2-3 packages pasta zero spaghetti depending on how noodly you'd like it * 6 T melted butter * 1/2 c parmesan * 4 t minced garlic * 1.5 t kosher salt * 1 t parsley Directions: Strain and rinse pasta. Add to pot on medium heat. Add other ingredients together and stir into pasta once it's warm. You can either mix pasta into the sauce or add pasta onto noodles when you're ready to eat depending on how you'd prefer it. *Voila!*
