I just discovered something called fish noodles, a 220g packet has 6g fat, 9g carbs, and 32g protein. You can probably find them in the freezer section of most Asian grocery stores. [One 220g pack was enough to make 2 bowls](https://i.imgur.com/6y8MTON.jpg), so including the bell peppers, I think it would come to about 6g or 7g of net carbs per serving. This particular brand of fish noodles I got had a bit of sugar in the ingredients, so I there might be a lower carb version of it without the sugar. It looks like udon noodles but has more of a bite to it (like Chinese fishballs), and it's so much better than those horrible shirataki noodles texture-wise. Ingredients: 220g of fish noodles 200g of beef slices 1 small bell pepper 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce A pinch of dried chilli peppers flakes Instructions: Stir fry bell peppers with a couple tablespoons of peanut or vegetables oil for a couple of minutes, add in noodles and fry for another couple of minutes. Add in beef, soy sauce and chilli flakes, turn off the heat immediately when the sliced beef is cooked.
