Not sure on recipes, but freeze them because the natural oils will spoil. With that many bags it will take you a while to get through them. I would make macadamia nut butter with some of it. Macadamia crusted fish are some ideas.

Which Target did you go to? I'm a nut binger and I'll eat all of them in one sitting.

I do the same thing. Bought like 8lb at 50% off a few months ago. Throw what your eating soon in the frig(last ~6 months ) the rest into the freezer(last ~1year)

You can smash them up and make a coating for chicken.

Try getting popcorn shakers if you want to mix up your flavors. I spray a little coconut oil and portion out so i don't go crazy.

Can these be toasted and seasoned... as can be done with pecans? Thrown in salad? Crushed and used as coating for fish or chicken or pork? Way to go on the good buy, put in freezer to protect your investment!

When I was a kid, my dad use to get tons of Macadamia nuts and we’d always make these chocolate macadamia balls by Jacques Torres. Goddamn they were good. The original recipe uses corn syrup to hold them together and powder sugar but I’m sure there could be some way to turn it keto since it’s mostly chocolate and nuts. Man, now I gotta find some cheap macadamia! [recipe](https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/chocolate-macadamia-nuts-recipe-2011847.amp)
