Super simple stuff. **Ingredients** 4.5 pieces of bacon 2 salmon (4oz each) 1/2 cup spinach 1/2 cup heavy cream 2 tsp Cayenne pepper 1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp minced garlic Cut all the bacon in half, hence why there’s a half a piece. Cooked the bacon. Took out bacon. I was trying to cook the salmon in the bacon grease but just didn’t have enough so I added some oil. Put salmon off to side after it was done cooking. Poured out all the grease out of the pan. Added 2tbsp of butter once that started to melt I added the garlic & sautéed it. Then I added the heavy cream & sprinkled 1tsp of cayenne on there. Stirred it around. Then I added the spinach. Once that began to wilt I added the salmon (now shredded) & bacon. Mixed it around. Added the rest of the cayenne pepper. Stirred. Then added parm cheese. Stirred a few times and that’s it. My only complaint is that I should’ve added more cayenne pepper. And I over cooked the salmon a little. **MACROS FOR THE ENTIRE POT** KCAL: 997 Protein: 72.2 Carbs: 14 g Fat: 68g The heavy cream I used was actually Light Heavy Cream (lol). But heavy cream & light heavy cream all have like 0.5g-1g of carb in each serving, which is just a tablespoon. I rounded up, so I consider the 1/2C of heavy cream as 8g of carbs. Unfortunately. I don’t eat Alfredo sauce very often cause it is pretty high in carbs, but I had the available macros today so I indulged.
