    This is a easy make-ahead breakfast casserole! And it's only 1.5g of net carbs! Here is the recipe: 2 lb. Ground turkey sausage (I used Jennie-O) 1/2 white onion chopped 12 large eggs 2 tsp. Dry ground mustard 2 tsp. Salt (and pepper if you like) 8 oz. Cream cheese 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of your liking) Brown and drain the ground sausage Spread cooked sausage evenly on the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish Saute onion and sprinkle on top of sausage Scramble 12 eggs in a bowl and add dry mustard and salt. Pour into the baking dish evenly over the sausage and onions. Take cream cheese and flatten with your fingers and place it evenly on top of the mixture in the baking dish. It doesn't need to be perfect, just spread it out in a thin layer evenly. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top. Cook on 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Let set for 20 minutes before cutting.
