Gyro in a Bowl

Last year I fell in love with this little hole-in-the-wall Greek restaurant close to campus where I was working. I ordered a lot of "mixta bowls," which was basically chicken+lamb gyro toppings in a bowl instead of a pita. I tried to make a copycat recipe of it, which I posted on my blog with lots of pictures of each step. Here's the recipe: * 1lb chicken tenders * 1 box Steakums (the smaller box, 15oz) * feta cheese * ranch dressing * marinade For the marinade: * 1 cup sour cream * 1/3 cup olive or canola oil * 1/4 cup lemon juice * 3 tbsp Greek seasoning * 1 tbsp minced garlic * 1 tbsp salt * 1 tsp pepper * 1 tsp cinnamon Preheat oven to 350. Mix marinade ingredients together. Chunk chicken into 1-2" pieces. Marinade chicken (or not); bake for about 30 minutes. Fry up steakums. Once chicken is done, broil until the edges brown and go crispy. Pile everything in a bowl and top with feta and ranch.
