Recipe: 14g coconut flour 8g Cellucor cinnamon swirl whey (I’m sure you could use vanilla or even just replace it with maybe 4g extra coconut flour) .375 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream 1/4 cup water 2 eggs 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut Macros: Cals: ~388; Fat: 28.5g; Protein: 21.4g; Carbs: 12.1g; Fiber: 7.3g; Net Carbs: 4.8g
