So, here you see, more or less clockwise from the top left: * A quadruple portion of Moroccan spice mix for [Moroccan fish](http://recipereviewmonthly.blogspot.de/2007/05/moroccan-spiced-fish-from-moosewood.html) with cucumber-avocado salad later this week. * Four portions of breakfast nut mix (50g each of chopped pecans, walnuts, almonds & flax seeds mixed up for a quick topping for Greek yogurt) * One portion of sweet potato pasta with bacon, heavy cream & sage * A double portion of yellow Thai curry with chicken, green beans, zucchini and sweet potato * Three buffalo chicken salads (chicken cooked in butter & frank's red hot + romaine hearts + cherry tomatoes - just add blue cheese dressing before leaving the house) * Four lunch bowls (cauliflower rice, chicken cooked with Montreal chicken seasoning, cherry tomatoes and red peppers - just add chopped fresh cilantro, half an avocado and half a lemon before leaving the house) * One batch of [keto pizza crackers](https://mouthwateringmotivation.com/2018/02/14/keto-pizza-crackers-high-protein/) * And, last but not least, keto-friendly blueberry clafoutis (mix 30 g coconut flour, 50 g heavy cream, 20 g almond flour, 1 Tbsp honey, 4 eggs, 250 mL milk and 1/2 tsp. baking powder in a bowl with a whisk. Butter six oversized ramekins well (I use an oversized muffin tin). Put 25 g of blueberries in each ramekin. Split the egg mixture between the cups & bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes (it will puff way up). I love these for breakfast or as a snack). I adapted this recipe from [Jamie Oliver's](https://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/fruit-recipes/cherry-clafoutis/).
