This special blend of 4 total peppers and 6 vinegars make this years micro run of #4 so special and amazing. This is not a sauce for the squeamish and will let you know why the reaper is the worlds hottest pepper and the chocolate habanero is so amazingly sweet and flavorful. Ingredients: Distilled Water, Distilled White Vinegar, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Balsamic Vinegar, New Mexico Peppers, Arbol Peppers, Carolina Reaper Peppers, Chocolate Habanero Peppers, Organic Carrot, Organic Onion, Organic Garlic, Sea Salt, Spices. Smell: The aroma of the sauce is not overly aromatic, but still have a very gentle and beautiful aroma. You can instantly smell the peppers in the forefront, mixing with the vinegars, initially I smell the reaper peppers, as they have a very distinct sweet smell, but then soon after you can smell the chocolate habaneros, as they give off a floral, and sweet aroma, which mixes well with the Arbol and new Mexico peppers which give off a more roasty and herbaceous aroma compared to the reaper and habanero. The vinegar mixture is pleasant, especially the apple cider vinegar which connects well with the reaper and habanero. The onion and garlic, along with additional spices can be found lurking in the background. Pour: A thick sauce, with a creamy consistency. No chunks, but very thick. It has a dark musky red color to the sauce. Taste: The sauce itself is very good. Its kind of like a spicy BBQ sauce without the sugar/molasses sweetness. This sauce is extremely pepper forward, and boy is it hot! You get this delicious ass kicking flavor bomb, as the reaper and habaneros sweetness pokes through for an initial moment, but then you dive down into the pepper rabbit hole, and get blasted with this roasty, floral, chocolatey sort of pepper flavor combing from all four peppers, while the onion and garlic help give the sauce balance and extra flavor. The vinegar is strong, but the mixture of white vinegar, apple cider, and balsamic, really helps add a tangy, rich flavor to the peppers, resulting in a hot but delicious sauce. This would be great on pizza or mixed into a BBQ sauce. I would give this sauce an 8/10 on flavor. Heat: This stuff is jam-packed with 4 peppers including habaneros and reapers. This sauce is hot and will give you a mouth and throat burn that grows and lingers for a while. I would give this a 9/10 on heat, as you would only need a few drops of this stuff.
