Keto Frank & Beans Chili

    Keto frank & beans chili - 1 lb ground beef 73-27 - 1 cup of celery - half cup diced onion - 1 bell pepper diced (I used half green half yellow) - 4 hot dog wieners, sliced into bite-sized pieces - 1 can black soy beans - 1 teaspoon sugar free bbq sauce - 1 tablespoon reduced sugar ketchup - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce - pinches of garlic salt, seasoned salt, paprika, cumin, oregano, and ground clove - 1 cup chicken broth or water - about 1 tablespoon of McCormick's chili powder - 1 generous key bump of xanthan gum In a small dutch oven I browned my onions in a little olive oil. Next I added my beef and cooked it. Once cooked, I added the bell peppers, celery, weenies, and beans. I also added 1 cup of chicken broth. After mixing it up I added the bbq sauce, ketchup and the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for an hour. If finished product is too runny, add the tiniest bit of xanthan gum.
