My first go with G. Hughes BBQ ribs

    Recipe: 1 rack of pork ribs G. Hughes BBQ sauce Spice rub Spice rub: 2 tbsp paprika 1 tbsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper Cooking instructions 1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) 2. Mix the spice rub together 3. Place ribs meat-side down on some aluminum foil 4. Apply spice rub to all sides of rack 5. Still meat-side down, wrap the rack in aluminum foil to get a tight seal 6. Bake until tender (I baked for ~2 hours). Remove rack and let cool 7. Raise oven temp to 350°F (175°C) 8. Open foil and drain juices and fat. Brush BBQ sauce on all sides 9. Leaving the foil open, and the rack meat-side up, bake for 10 minutes. Repeat baking and brushing 4 more times 10. Cut rack as desired and serve
