    Keto chocolate bready cake? I don’t quite know what to call it as I made it up. It tastes great, I had it for breakfast, as a snack or as piece of bread as with my meal with a huge smear of cream cheese or butter. 2 cups of mixed ground nuts 1 cup of coconut oil 1 cup of olive oil 1/2 block of cream cheese 2 tablespoons of baking powder 2 tablespoons of acv 6 eggs 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tablespoons of cinnamon 2 scoops of protein powder of choice 1/2 cup of stevia (adjust to liking) Two bowls Boil some water in the kettle Bowl 1 is a little larger than bowl 2 Line baking pan Preheat oven to 160 Bowl 1 1. Ground nuts in food processor as finely as you can - add to bowl 1 2. Add cinnamon, baking powder, protein powder, stevia and cocoa powder 3. Give it a good stir, breaking down any lumps and making sure it’s all mixed in well 4. Add egg yolks only, egg whites go in bowl 2 5. Add cream cheese, olive oil and coconut oil 6. Smear, mix, and break it all in as much as you can, enjoying the process 7. Add some hot water from the kettle now - this will help you mix it well. Anywhere from 1/2 cup to 1 cup 8. Add the splash of acv now 9. You can give it a little taste and see if you want it sweeter or maybe add more cocoa if you want a deeper chocolatey taste Bowl 2 1. Mix the egg whites so they become fluffy with soft peaks Now add bowl 2 to bowl 1, gently mixing everything until it’s well amalgamated Pour mix into pan - a normal bread loaf tin or equivalent works well Insert in oven and wait as you enjoy the scent of chocolate fill the house 1hr should do it...
