    Recipe:. Fathead dough 6oz shredded cheese (usually mozz but all I had was cheddar). 3 oz almond flour Egg. Sausage mix 1 lb mild sausage. 5 ounces cream cheese. Brown sausage and add cream cheese. Mix thoroughly. Instructions Melt cheese over low heat and mix with almond flour and egg. Roll out between two pieces of parchment paper about 1/8" thick. Flatten out an ounce of dough (I used a wide mug as a cutter) and add an ounce of sausage mix. Fold over like a ravioli. This made around 10 for me. Save the rest of the sausage for breakfast! 1.6NC 27F 17P
