Huge thanks to /u/KetoLuna for developing this fantastic flour replacement! #Ingredients **Meat Filling** * 450 grams ground beef, 80% lean * 350 grams pork sausage * 135 grams asparagus, sliced into pea-size rounds (this is a great use for asparagus stem trimmings) * 310 grams red bell pepper, chopped (about 1 large pepper) * 270 grams onion, chopped (about 2 small onions) * 450 grams mushroom, minced * 3 lamb or beef stock cubes * 1 tsp garlic powder * 15 grams **[KetoLuna AP flour replacement](** (optional) **Celeriac Topping** * 900 grams **[mashed celeriac](** * 1 egg * 100 grams sharp white cheddar, grated * salt, to taste * pepper, to taste #Method 1. Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C / gas mark 5. 2. In a large sauté pan, brown the ground beef and pork sausage, seasoning with salt and pepper. 3. Remove meat to a large mixing bowl, leaving drippings in the pan. 4. Sauté all vegetables except mushrooms in the pan drippings, until slightly browned. 5. Crumble stock cubes into sautéing vegetables and stir until incorporated. 5. In a mixing bowl, combine browned meats and sautéed vegetables, along with minced mushrooms, garlic powder, keto AP flour, and salt and pepper, to taste. 6. In a separate bowl, combine celeriac mash, egg, and 75 grams of shredded cheese; season with salt and pepper to taste. 7. Press meat mixture into a 10 inch (25 cm) baking dish, pushing firmly with the back of a spoon. 8. Top with celeriac mash (pipe it on with a piping bag if you're feeling fancy.) 9. Sprinkle with remaining 25 grams of shredded cheese. 10. Bake for 30-45 minutes until browned and bubbling.
