    That's not Pad Thai. It was just fried noodle. We do not use spring onion, chilli, corriander and chicken. Where are hard tofu, dried shrimp, and salted turnip???

    This is totally different from Pad-thai! Too much unnecessary ingredients for Pad-thai, such as chicken , coriander etc, and no need to soften the rice noodles before cook,etc.

    chicken/prawn not caramelized, garlic/chili should've been added first for more robust flavor. only thing cooked properly was the egg.

    Using 2 saucepans and 1 wok for this dish -- surely you learn to cook "not really Pad Thai dish" from somewhere outside Thailand. I have learnt how to cook since I was 6 and Thai dish doesn't have that luxury!! Simple but effective as we know how to ... If you don't really know how to cook the dish correctly, I suggest call it something else πŸ˜’

    Tskkkk. The method of cooking is SO WRONG! with rice noodles u can't afford to stir so much lest the noodles will get mushy. This is def not pad Thai

    I make it with rice and add pork and ham besides the chicken and shrimp and it's delicious!! Tip- cook your chicken, pork, shrimp and ham separate so you can enjoy the flavors later. ☺

    Not sure if this is Pad Thai. But jus by observations, noodles too mushy, chicken could've been sauted a little more, egg a little more cooked n d whole process could've been done in one wok with a different ladle n tossed properly.. definitely a tasty recipe needs little more TLC.. jus because u r a well-known page doesn't mean everything u do is right.. a little more effort hurt no one.

    I dont know why you even called it pad thai? Its completely not thai at all or is it because you are using fish sauce and you would call it thai? Think harder Testy.. cos even in a thai fusion dish we dont really do this too oh well.. xxxx
